Shipping Policy
We offer free standard delivery on all items delivered to United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands, PO Boxes, or British Forces Post Office locations). Most standard deliveries are handled by Yodel, Evri or Royal Mail depending on the address and typically take 2–5 working days.
UK Shipping Options
- Standard Delivery: Free (2–5 working days).
- Expedited Service: £3 (1-2 working days).

DHL Next Day Service: £12.
- Order Cut-off: Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM for delivery on the next working day.
- Business Addresses: Delivery during business hours.
- Home Addresses: Delivery can occur during the day or evening.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the next working day (e.g., orders placed after 11:00 AM Monday will ship Tuesday for delivery Wednesday).
Important Notes for Next Day Service:
- Next Day delivery is only guaranteed for UK Mainland addresses. Remote areas, Highlands, and Islands may take 2–3 days. Please call us for specific delivery times to these locations.
- Next Day orders placed on Fridays before 11:00 AM will be delivered on Monday (Saturday or Sunday delivery may be attempted but is not guaranteed).
We also offer specialized UK delivery options such as Next Day Pre-9 AM, Pre-10 AM, Pre-12 PM, and Saturday Delivery. Contact us for a personalized quote.
International Shipping
International shipping is available via Royal Mail Small Parcel International Signed For or other couriers. Rates are location-dependent. Expedited international services such as Express Next Day and Express Saver (3 Days) are also available. Contact us for a personalized quote.
Delivery and Returns Information
Checking Your Parcel:
- Inspect your parcel and contents within 48 hours of receipt. Report any damages within this timeframe to ensure prompt resolution.
Lost Parcels:
- If your parcel is not delivered within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@cedarumbrella.co.uk. Claims for lost items cannot be processed after 28 days from the expected delivery date.
Missed Deliveries:
- Couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If undelivered, the parcel will be returned to us.
- If you fail to collect your parcel or it is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply. Refunds for postage will not be provided for Returned to Sender items.
